FRANDSEN recognizes and respects the importance of the privacy of our visitors of our websites and users of online systems. Frandsen processes the personal information that you provide to us (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) for the purpose of running the competitions in which you participate, including to be able to contact us when the winner has been drawn and possibly to send prizes to the winner drawn.

Frandsen will process your personal data in accordance with this personal data policy because it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interest in conducting the competitions in which you participate in order for Frandsen to contact the winner and make arrangements to prepare and ship the prize.
The personal information of the winner may be used by Frandsen, in order for the freight arrangements to be made., cf. Article 6 (1) (f) of the Data Protection Regulation.

Terms & Conditions - Social Media Competitions

This competition is organized by Frandsen Lighting A/S (“FRANDSEN”), Egeskovvej 29, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, CVR-nr.46481410.

By entering the competition you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the competition. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will also invalidate and disqualify.

How to participate

To participate in this competition, you must take the following actions:

The actions must be taken in order for the entry to be valid.

All entries are only open to participants above the age of 18 residing in an EU or EEA country.

FRANDSEN  accepts no responsibility for any late or lost entries and only one entry per person is allowed. Employees of FRANDSEN, including affiliated companies, and members of their households cannot participate in the competition.

The prize

The prize consists of one BF Quadro Table Lamp and one BF Quadro Wall Lamp. The giveaway has a total value of up to DKK 3.800. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other benefits and it is non-transferable.
FRANDSEN takes no responsibilities in the transportation of the prize from third parties.

Finding & contacting the winner

FRANDSEN will pick one winner at random among the valid entries on February 9 at 11.59 pm CET. The winner will be notified directly via the platform the participant entered the competition from, and will be given 2 days to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winner within the 5 days, the winner will not be able to claim the prize, and a new winner, which agree and comply with the terms & conditions, will be drawn.

Once the winner has been drawn, the winner will have to send additional information to FRANDSEN in order for FRANDSEN to send the prize to the winner.

Use of personal information

All personal information received in connection with this competition is treated as confidential information by FRANDSEN and will be processed in accordance with FRANDSENS Privacy Policy. The personal information of the winner may be used by FRANDSEN to contact the winner and make arrangements to prepare and ship the prize.

All personal information will be permanently deleted when the prize is claimed.
